PACCAR’s UK warehouse contains around £100 million of
commercial vehicle parts providing exceptionally high availability
from over 120,000 part numbers.
- With ‘state-of-the-art’ computerised systems and
mechanical handling, our overnight delivery service ensures parts
ordered by 6:00 p.m. week days are delivered to us by 8:30 a.m.
the next morning
- Parts ordered by 12:00 on Saturday are
delivered by 12:00 Monday. For real emergencies, we can request
24 hour, 365 days access to this supply source through our emergency
services.
High levels of investment by more than 120 dealers, back by a UK
parts warehousing system supplying a ‘first time pick’
for vehicle off road situations of around 96%, is something competitors
find difficult to match.
In addition, for operators carrying out their own servicing and
repairs, we operate 10 parts sales vans to ensure quick and regular
delivery to operators.
We offer a wide selection of exchange units to minimise operator
costs, which includes items from an extensive range of products,
all manufactured to the highest quality levels.
All parts are covered by a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty.
We will replace any part free of charge, and if a DAF or Foden
dealer originally fitted it, will cover the labour costs as well.
